Barbara Giuffre

Barbara Giuffre is a well-respected employment law advocate for workers, professionals, and executives. Martindale-Hubbell rated her “AV” (its highest rating). Ms. Giuffre attended Cornell University (A.B. Economics, Phi Beta Kappa) and University of Virginia School of Law, where she was a member of the Virginia Law Review. She devotes her professional energies to resolving employment law issues, defending the rights of all types of employees, and protecting their futures. Richard Raushenbush

Richard (‘Rick”) Raushenbush is an experienced advocate on energy and environmental law matters. He represents clients before the California Public Utilities Commission on major electric and natural gas infrastructure projects and rulemakings related to renewable energy, as well as related litigation. When Rick was a partner at Latham & Watkins, a leading international law firm, he represented businesses in federal and state court litigation in California and other states on matters involving toxic torts, contaminated property, Proposition 65, and compliance with environmental laws. Rick understands renewable energy issues since he served as Vice-President and General Counsel of GreenVolts, Inc., a solar energy start-up. Rick attended Harvard University and graduated cum laude with a degree in Government. He graduated from the University of Virginia School of Law (Order of the Coif) and served as the Articles Editor of the Virginia Law Review.
